The Grand Tour Orangutan Page got removed!

The Grand Tour Orangutan original page was removed or (just disappeared with out a clue) yesterday. Facebook  gave me no warnings or notice prior to removing the page. I am gutted as I worked hard on that page sharing clips and photos of the trio from Top Gear days and I just started sharing some video clips The Grand Tour.

Last night however, I did get a notice on Facebook claiming that they removed a video on my page that was actually the opening scene of The Grand Tour. Amazon Video filed a copyright against me. Funnily enough, they removed my page before giving me the actual notice regarding the copyright infringement.

I made this page back when we were waiting for trio's new show. I used to upload short video clips from Top Gear, and not once I was given any copyright infringement notice. Thinking it will be the same with The Grand Tour, i continued sharing clips and videos not knowing that they will cost me this much.

I decided not to dwell on the loss that much and to start a new page, with the same name. It will take another few months to reach that amount of likes but I'm pretty sure we will restart the community.
Before Facebook blocked me out of my current page after issuing me a delayed notice regarding the copyright infringement that I happened to commit on the original page, I decided to upload video clips from The Grand Tour  again on the current page.

This is what I am doing next:

1. Deleting those videos from my current page so as to prevent this whole ordeal from happening again.

 2. I will create another page(and I will link it here), where I will only post videos from The Grand Tour. Those videos will be shared on The Grand Tour Orangutan page.

3. If Facebook decides to act funny and bring down that page, The Grand Tour Orangutan page will be fine.

So this is what I am planning on doing. I really want to share short, funny clips from the show and I think people enjoy them as much as I do. However, one thing I have noticed after this whole ordeal is that Amazon is quite strict in terms of copyright stuff. A lot more than BBC.

Please like 'The Grand Tour Orangutan' page, it's currently got around 250 likes, let's make it to 1,000 today! Share the page.

I will be back updating all of you guys on Friday afternoon (UK time), once Facebook lift this ban.

How to watch The Grand Tour where Amazon Prime is not available

The Grand Tour is launching this Friday and I seriously can't wait. For those who live in those countries where Amazon Prime is not available, well today I am going to show you how you can watch The Grand Tour on Amazon Prime.

You can either sign up for the 30 days free trial and pay the full Amazon Prime subscription fees and then rely on VPN to do most of the stuff. (which works great)
First let's talk about how to get the free trial.

Step 1: Head over to or
Step 2: Click "Try Prime"
Step 3: It will take you to the log in screen. Log in
Step 4: It will ask you for your credit card. Give your credit card info. They won't charge you, however, they will keep it in for 1 month after which they will charge you.
Step 5: If you don't have credit card and you want to make sure you do everything for free, head over to this website on your iOS/Android device called FreeMyApps.
When you open it up, set it up by just following the instructions on screen. With Freemyapps, you get the ability of downloading free apps and making points with it. For eg, it will show you iOS or Android apps, that you can download for free and each app will have credit points written right next to them. Once you download the app, you run it for 30 seconds after which you get points.
You can use these points to purchase Visa cards or Amazon Gift card etc.

You can use the visa card as a debt card and give Amazon this card number as well. This visa card is for $10, and Amazon Prime costs $8.99, so you have an extra month that you can watch as well. :)

Or you can simply use your main credit card and pay Amazon Prime on a monthly basis.

Step 6:
The only issue however is that since Amazon Prime is not available in your country,  so all the shows are with geographical restricted, so that people outside USA,UK,Germany and few other countries can't watch Amazon Prime content.

A simple way to bypass this issue is by using a VPN. Any VPN service works, however there are some that works faster than other. Personally, I really do enjoy Tunnelbear. You get 500 MB free for one month, however you can upgrade to unlimited as well.

Make sure you set Tunnelbear VPN to either USA or UK depending which Amazon Prime you signed up for. That's it, you are all set.

The Grand Tour is just three days away. Here is how to prepare:

We all enjoy Fridays, mainly because it's the start of the weekend. However, this Friday will be even more unique. This Friday, the trio's new show The Grand Tour is launching and the first episode will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime. For those who are in United Kingdom or in those countries where Amazon Prime is available, I suggest you start preparing for this show.

Here is what you need:

1. Amazon Firestick:

I small device that connects to your TV using the HDMI adapter and gives you the option of streaming movies, TV shows and music. It costs just $40. So grab it and get ready!
Use this link to order your Firestick: Amazon Fire TV Stick

2. Amazon Prime streaming subscription:

For those who are in UK, make sure you avail this offer. Amazon Prime UK is handing over full one year of Amazon Prime for just £59. The offer ends on 18th November 2016. So go ahead and get Amazon Prime now. Here is the link to the offer (UK Only)

For those who do not live in a country where Amazon prime is available. Well, I might just start uploading episodes of Amazon Prime as they come on this website. Hang Tight.

The Grand Tour in Southern California on 23rd September 2016

The lads are going to pitch their tent in California on 23rd September 2016. The trio went to South Africa on 17th July and filmed a session over there. We also got the first glimpse of the tent in which they shot all the news sessions and other tidbits.

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May will pitch their tent in the southern California on Saturday and those who got the tickets on time should enjoy themselves watching the lads discuss  cars and do crazy things.

The Grand Tour to be shown on UK terrestrial TV?

In a latest interview, Andy Wilman states that he really wants the new show, The Grand Tour, to be broadcasted on terrestrial TV in UK after it has been broadcast on the Amazon Prime video.

"I would like [The Grand Tour] to be seen by as many people as possible. I would be very happy that it can be seen anywhere," He said

Wilman also said that it's up to Jeremy, Richard and May to decide whether to broadcast the series all at once, or to release a new episode each week.

"That's their call. I would prefer weekly, I don't think there is a box-set binge quality to it," he said. "It's those three do something retarded and next week they do something else retarded."

It seems as if both the producer and the hosts of the new show are trying to somehow broadcast the new show on  terrestrial TV. The trio are fully aware that they have a huge international fan base and releasing a show only on Amazon Prime, which is available in just 5 countries, is a huge let down for the rest. Either Amazon comes up with a deal with the UK broadcasters or they simply make their services available globally.

How can I watch The Grand Tour? - (FAQs)

I made this website so that I can give you guys the latest details of the trio's upcoming show, The Grand Tour. Now a few months back I wrote a pretty long post on the Facebook page, answering some of your frequently asked questions. However, now that we know what the new show is called and when it will be launching, I decided to do an updated post on some of the FAQs.

For those who don't know, The Grand Tour is launching on 18th November 2016, (We have a countdown page, just to create more hype!! ) and it will be available on Amazon Prime. This is where the confusion begins. What is Amazon Prime? Do i need to pay them? How much is it per month? Is Amazon Prime available in my country? If it is not, then how can I watch the new show?

I will try to answer all the above questions to the best of my abilities. Let's go!

Question 1: What is Amazon Prime?
Ans: We all know that Amazon is the best way to buy new things, that can be electronics, ipads, cameras and so much more. However, with Amazon Prime, Amazon provides fast shipping times, ad-free music streaming and exclusive access to latest movies and TV show, much like Netflix. There are popular tv shows and movies available on Amazon Prime and some of the original series as well, for example, the upcoming The Grand Tour.

Question 2: Do I need to pay them to get Amazon Prime?
Ans: Yes. Amazon Prime comes with 3 price/subscription plans. The first plan, which costs $8.99/month will allow you to access all the latest tv shows and movies. This is the best plan for those who don't care about other Amazon Prime offerings and just want to watch The Grand Tour.
Then you have a monthly plan, for $10.99, that includes all the other Amazon Prime offerings, including free two-day shipping, music streaming, ebooks etc. And then the third plan is annual which will cost you $99/yr and monthly it is equivalent to $8.25/month. It includes all the offerings. Do note that Plan 2 and Plan 3 also include access to the all the latest tv shows and movies.

Question 3: Is Amazon Prime available in my country?
Ans: Amazon Prime Video is only available in the following countries:

It's a shame that Amazon Prime video is only available in five countries. I think Amazon show just make it available globally, just like Netflix did.

Question 4: Amazon Prime is not available in my country, how can I watch the new show?
Ans: This is a tough question to answer. The best info I can give on this topic is to wait for few days and you will see the full episodes of the new show creeping up on the interwebs. Narcos, which is a Netflix original series, is available all over the net. So for those who don't have Amazon Prime, don't worry, you will watch the new show.

That's the best I can do to answer some of your enquiries. Again, those who live in a country where Prime video is not supported, don't worry. Torrents, and other online sites should get the show and you will be able to watch it. I will try my best to upload episodes on this website as well.
